It's delicious and packed full of goodness.   Ingredients 2 scoops ( 1 serve of 63 grams) of Flavourless shake 1 kiwi fruit, skin removed Small handful of mint 1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener Method Place all ingredients into the blender. Blend for 45 seconds or until blended to a smooth and thin consistency, add more water if needed. Please note this recipe should amount to just under 1 cup (200mL) per serve.
