With the growing concerns of the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), the most important thing to know is that your care and safety is our top priority. While the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we are focused on continuing high-quality care in a safe and calm environment.

To support our patients through these difficult and uncertain times, Dr Mastakov is now offering BULK BILLED phone or video consultation over a regular phone by using WhatsApp to all patients. Video Calls via Health direct will be available soon.

Dr Mastakov is available for telehealth consultations MONDAY - SATURDAY BETWEEN 8 AM AND 6 PM. Booking is required, please call our rooms on 07 3414 3950.

As many other doctors, Dr Mastakov continues to provide a face to face in-clinic appointments for those who wish to see Dr Mastakov in person, strictly following all safety precautions with a focus on sanitisation, cleanliness, social distancing, and safety.

  • If you or your support person have any symptoms of fever, sore throat, cough, difficulty breathing, muscle aches, chills or fatigue.

Please only bring one support person with you to your appointment. If you have children, please try to avoid bringing them with you to your appointment.
