Our Lightly Signature Green Smoothie was one of the main reasons we wanted to offer a flavourless option. It's delicious and packed full of goodness.   Ingredients 2 scoops ( 1 serve of 63 grams) of Flavourless shake 1 kiwi fruit, skin removed Small handful of mint 1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener Method Place all ingredients into the blender. Blend for 45 seconds or until blended to a smooth and thin consistency, add more water if needed. Please note this recipe should amount to just under 1 cup (200mL) per serve. Apple Cinnamon Shake

Recipe courtesy is a happy Lightly customer Ingredients: 250ml cold water (reduce water by 30ml [1 x tablespoon & 2 x teaspoons] and add ice cubes, at step 1, if desired colder). 2 scoops Lightly Flavourless Meal Replacement Shake Powder. 100g Pauls® Plus+ Protein Yoghurt (Vanilla). 1 small granny Smith (green) apple peeled, deseeded and chopped. 1⁄4 tsp of ground cinnamon powder.
