This shake gives me the energy, vitamins and minerals to keep my going through my busy morning and into the afternoon.

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Lightly vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 250mL water

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  2. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
